Background:
Triangle CofE Primary is situated in a small village between Sowerby Bridge and Rippendon. It benefits from 'rural outlooks and pleasant surroundings', but also enjoys 'easy access' to larger towns and cities thanks to the the nearby motorway link. Since its foundation, the school has received two extensions and now has five classrooms. It is surrounded by a tarmac playground adjoined by a 'pleasant' garden and play area. The 'extensive' playing field provides space for the sporting activities available at the school. As well as participating in local sporting events, children go on visits to theatres and concerts. There is a 'flourishing' parent-teacher association which works 'tirelessly' to organise events and raise funds. The children themselves are involved in fundraising activities organised by the local church, with which there are 'close links'. Some classes are over-subscribed.
