The school'supports an 'extensive range' of extra-curricular activities, including recorder, jazz group, orchestra, cross country, dance aerobics, dance, football, netball, short tennis, drama, athletics and rounders. The school has links with the local community and a number of community groups use the school buildings. Pupils are 'encouraged to participate in the creative arts and to initiate and support work for charity'. The school also supports two residential experiences for children in Year 4 and Year 6. The ethos of the school is 'built on secure family relationships and the development of respect, self-discipline and self-worth'.
